Awaken your body and soul on the beaches of Brenzone sul Garda

A new experience for summer 2026: Sunrise on the Beach invites you to enjoy moments dedicated to wellbeing, breathing and gentle movement, set on the beautiful beaches of Brenzone sul Garda.

Led by Valeria Scardelato, participants will awaken body and mind through body practices by the lake, surrounded by the peaceful morning atmosphere and the enchanting light of Lake Garda.

The sessions will take place at 9.00 a.m. with free participation.
