Nordic Walking in Brenzone sul Garda
The Nordic Walking Park of Brenzone is made up of four traditional circuits plus one variant, starting and ending typically between the hamlets of Assenza and Castelletto. To these are added three high-altitude routes accessible from Prada, after taking the Prada–Costabella cableway.
In total, the park offers seven official routes (four loop trails with one variant near Campo, and three at high altitude).

The Brenzone Nordic Walking Park includes seven official routes: four traditional loops along the lake and three high-altitude trails accessible from Prada. All routes are clearly marked, and maps are available at the Tourist Office.

- Green Loop – Easy (~4 km)
A flat route among olive trees and along the lakeshore, suitable for families. Perfect for a relaxing walk surrounded by Garda’s natural beauty. - Blue Loop – Intermediate (~6 km)
A mixed route through woods and vineyards, with gentle slopes. Alternating between paths and open stretches, ideal for those who want to increase their pace. - Red Loop – Moderate (~6–7 km)
A hillside trail with open views of the lake and passages through ancient villages. It offers a balanced mix of distance and elevation gain. - Black Loop – Challenging (~4–5 km)
An undulating route with steeper climbs and forested sections. It requires good physical fitness and is ideal for those seeking a more intense workout.
(All loops start and finish between Assenza and Castelletto and are well signposted along the way.)

A pleasant walk for everyone through alpine meadows, seasonal blooms, and panoramic views of Lake Garda. Perfect for families and anyone looking for fresh mountain air. - Fiori del Baldo – Bocchetta Col Santo – Rifugio Chierego – Intermediate
This route follows the historic CAI 658 mule track, returning along CAI 57 track. It offers sweeping views of the valley and passes scenic points among pastures and rocky terrain. - High-altitude trail (1,800–2,000 m) – Intermediate/Challenging
A ridge path with moderate but continuous elevation changes. The environment is distinctly alpine, offering spectacular vistas and the peaceful silence of high altitudes.
